I just found an amazing Question and Answer about Heart Disease and its correlation to women. The article is amazing and I urge, no insist, everyone out there, woman or man to look into heart disease and learn ways they can resist it.

Bottom line folks, heart disease is the leading cause of death in women in the United States, and 8 million women are diagnosed each year. 435,000 women have a heart attack each year, and 267,000 of those women die from them. That is 6 times the amount of deaths from breast cancer. The thing is, women experience different symptoms during heart attacks from men. Upset stomach, headaches and dizziness can mean a lot of things, but for women one of them is often heart attack.

Clearly, heart disease is a huge problem, and it’s no secret that our growing obesity issue is playing a role. Here is my plug for exercising: Please exercise, 30 minutes or more a day and you reduce your chance of heart disease, diabetes, obesity and so many other awful things. Just 30 minutes!
